SHIPPING POLICY

We understand how important it is to our customers to receive goods quickly, so ARTEESOL always work in the fastest efficiency to provide you with products as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING RATES

ARTEESOL offers free shipping on eligible orders. The free shipping is valid for orders from the UK and Germany; the order from Italy, France, Spain and Canada will be free shipping of parts of the products. The other country will be charge shipping cost basing on the order weight and the highest fee will not exceed £21. 

DELIVERY TIME

Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of placing the order Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be shipped the next business day.

To ensure that you are always aware of the progress of your order, we will notify you of the shipment or confirm other information about the order with you by email within 24-48 hours after you place your order , so please be remind to check your email, you will find the shipping tracking number, and etc information.

SHIPPING TIME

We have 2 warehouse locations to deliver your order faster. Your order will be shipped from our European or Chinese warehouse, depending on your shipping address and/or available stock. For orders in Europe that are shipped from the European warehouse when the stock is available, you will receive them within 3-5 days; the arrival time of orders shipped from China's warehouse will be decided by the destination, you can check the shipping progress in the provided order tracking number. For any order in abnoramal state, you can always contact us for assistance. (mailbox number)

REMINDER

1. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed - delays may occur due to inclement weather, shipping issues, customs delays or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
2. Due to Covid-19, there may be delays in shipping, please be patient.
3. Please note that if your shipment is undeliverable or rejected at destination and returned to us, we reserve the right to claim back any related charges that may be charged to us. If you decide to return your item, please remember that any taxes and duties paid will not be refunded.
